ArtCenter Undergraduate Appointment Scheduler


    ArtCenter Admissions is excited to talk to you about your creative future! We strongly encourage prospective students to schedule an appointment with one of our admissions counselors to learn more about ArtCenter, get feedback on your admissions portfolio or receive guidance throughout your application and enrollment process. 

    Appointment Options: 

    • Virtual Portfolio Review (15 minutes)
      Whether you share your finished pieces, portfolio drafts, or works in progress, our admissions counselors are excited to connect 1-on-1 with guidance and feedback specific on how you can strengthen your ArtCenter admissions portfolio. 

    • Virtual Informational Appointment (30 minutes)
      Have questions about ArtCenter, our programs and application process? Admissions can help 1-on-1. From selecting a major, clarifying our application and portfolio requirements, and understanding transfer credit policies, to following up on your enrollment process and more. Accepted and enrolling students can also use this time to ask any questions that help their decision-making and enrollment process.
       
    • On Campus Appointment (30 minutes)
      Prefer a one-on-one in person? Meet with Admissions at Hillside Campus to ask questions and/or share your portfolio for feedback. 

    Please note:

    • Graduate (MFA/MS/MDes) focused appointments can be scheduled here.   

    • The Virtual Appointments calendar shows appointments up to 3 weeks ahead. To book further out, check back 3 weeks before your desired date.

    • Appointment availability is limited. If you have had a recent appointment or have recently submitted your application and portfolio, please do not schedule an appointment. Contact your admissions counselor directly

    • If you were not admitted for Fall 2026, we ask that you wait to schedule an appointment for feedback until May. 

    • All appointments are listed in Pacific Time (PT).
